Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in our iOS / Android application "NazoRaku" (the "App").

1. Information We Handle

The App may handle the following information to the extent necessary to provide its features.

The App does not independently collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number. There is no account registration or sign-in. Progress data such as clear status, hint balance, and purchase state is stored only on your device.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (hints, ad removal, the Modern Cipher Pack, and Premium). Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we do not obtain or store payment information such as credit card numbers. Purchase validity is determined through each store, and the App retains only the ownership state of purchases on your device.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS only)

On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt appears at first launch. You may allow or deny tracking, and all features remain available either way. If denied, ads shown may be less relevant.

5. Consent Management (Android only)

On Android, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show an advertising consent dialog only in regions where it is required. Ads may switch to less personalized ones depending on consent. All features remain available in any case.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed at children under 13. If a child under 13 uses the App, please do so with the consent of a guardian. If we learn that we have unintentionally collected a child's personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Storage and Deletion

Local data (progress, hint balance, purchase state, settings) is stored on your device and is removed upon uninstallation. For deletion of identifiers held by advertising services, please refer to each service's settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised in response to legal changes or changes to the App. Material changes will be announced on this page.
